Here's a message from the Trujillo family about their beautiful coffee: Pescador is a beautiful, small coffee paradise located in the northern part of the Cauca Department. It’s where I grew up, surrounded by the rich aroma of freshly roasted coffee and the serene beauty of natural landscapes.
At Trujillo, we are deeply passionate about the pursuit of quality and meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of our farm. All operations at Patio Bonito are guided by four fundamental pillars: Food Safety, Agroforestry, Sustainability, and Quality.
Our mission is to provide alternatives and training to farmers and students in the responsible management, conservation, and exploration of natural resources and the environment.
