This is our latest coffee find from Know Where Coffee, and owner Juan Diaz. The coffee has a combination of lactic bacteria and co-fermentation from local, tropical fruits. The complexity and depth of flavor in this Pink Bourbon varietal is outstanding, and the coffee comes from the famous Huila region of Colombia.
