Jose Heider is a salesman and a coffee grower. He still gets his hands dirty and processes coffee each day. Jose is very active in pursuing top quality for his product and constantly tastes his coffee for R&D. Jose's coffee is fermented in aerobic tanks for several days (80hrs) helping to deliver sweetness and complexity in the cup profile.
